Just returned from Franktown Colorado after spending 8 days locked down with the Mission Centred Solutions (MCS) team developing a new leadership program for community members based on the recognised and internationally successful Fireline Leadership program. The Fireline Leadership program has been conducted for response agencies in the US, Australia, Canada, and NZ over the past twenty years and the past 15 years in Australia.
So, building on that successful format, Red Flag and MCS are working in partnership developing the new “Local Leadership” program designed to assist communities develop leadership capabilities to assist their community in the event of an emergency or disaster.
